What monospaced fonts have native bold-italic styles?

I do my Java programming in the Eclipse IDE. For certain keywords, Eclipse displays the letters in the bold-italic style. Originally, I liked to use the Inconsolata font. But I discovered that Inconsolata does not natively support bold-italic letters, so that the width of the bold-italic letters is wider than the width of the regular letters, leading to the letters not being exactly aligned.
