Phone to PC voice commands

I am currently programming a small program in python that takes voice commands and executes commands depending on what was said. As of right now i can speak directly to the computer but i need a way to speak to the phone and send it to the computer to be interpreted and executed. What is the best way i can do that? My eventual goal is to go towards automation and i want to be able to speak to it from anywhere.
