Run App on server view on client

I have been looking for a way for the last couple of months to run an application on my server while viewing on client. The main reasons for this is that the software needs to be updated regularly and I would prefer not to have to redeploy it to all computers. Another reason is that I have a few older computers that are not capable of running all the features however if I run a "server-side" application it runs fine.

I have seen certain pieces of software similar to RemoteApp from Microsoft however I want to host it in house and not have to login to a microsoft service.

The application is WinForms written in C# for .Net 4.5

Please help this is starting to drive me insane.
