we want to make a web application that is composed of reusable components. We are using AngularJS framework for JS. The methodology of working is Html Css is developed then the JS and backend programming is done.
Scenario: once the HTML is complete and given to the JS developers they will be modify the HTML for the use of Angular directives. In the future if the HTML is to be modified by the HTML person he will not understand the file completely since it includes Angular code also.
Question: Should my HTML dev should also have a understanding of AngularJS ? or should the JS developers should be doing all the modifications in the JS ? Or some other way itself.
