Which software for Automated guided vehicle control system

What would be a good software to develop a 3D Control system for automated guided vehicles.

Here is the picture of a similar software and it looks something like this. I am a C# developer but mostly .net mvc. Would it be possible to build such a system with .net WPF? I also know that LabView is a good tool for control system software but as I am familiar it lacks 3D support. Any ideas, software recommendations, library recomendations would be greatly appreciated.
