Background: I'm building a Rails (web) app which is primarily content based; that is, around 90-95% of the content is user-submitted, language-specific (eg. like a blog). Despite the ease of internationalization, I wonder, is it worth it?
What guideline should I use to determine if a web application should be internationalized or not?
