Website for open source projects

I have a question. I have free time and I am writing programs (most of them in c#) and there's no problem. I always figure out easier methods of writing part of the program and so on. Is there a website (forums are preferable), created only for this purpose or has a section for this purpose; which is being able to post my source code and get reviews of random people telling me more efficient way, drawbacks and so on?
