please help me to get a way to USB Debugging without loging into the phone [on hold]

i have a big problem here where i have a samsung galaxy note3 which is in good condition. but the problem is i FORGOT THE PASSWORD of the secuirity. i FORGOT MY E-MAIL ID too. but there are very important files that i require for my job. is there any method to disable the password key without factory reset? BTW i cant do the USB Debugging when i connect my phone to the computer, thats my BIG PROBLEM.... can you please help me to get a way to USB Debugging without loging into the phone? thanks alot... i hope you can help me> REGARDs"
