I've developed software (web development) and before launching it I'd like to know how exactly can I keep this in my name and rights and avoid further mimics of the idea, just like in a regular patent. I've worked a lot before on software but have never really launched one of mine to this extent. I'm from Europe. Has anyone done something similar? What is the process?
