How to start online web business

How i can start my online Web des/dev business online?

I'm a Web Des/Dev and i want to start my own website and get clients thorough that site.



So here are the questions (little detailed):

- How to setup a client generating website?

- Should i use Bank account or paypal for payment?

- Should i ask for up-front payment?

Etc..

I know my question is not so clear but i think you'll understand what i'm trying to ask.
