I'm a teacher. I am paying a programmer to built my App to teach Spanish. I have created the whole App and every single functionality, activity, design, look, content, etc.
The programmer I hire is giving me a Content Management System to upload all images and content. He doesn't answer all of my questions to keep my in the dark. That's why I'm very skeptical about what his building. However, I get updates on my phone and little by little the activities and the whole App is coming together. There are still lots of little problems. I am scare the developer will either give me an App that is not totally functioning or will fall apart after he deliver it.
He did promised to not get paid until is Approved by Apple and place on the apple store. What happens later?? Our relationship is falling apart because he's constantly cutting corners and downgrading my App to finish quickly.
Any advice will be highly appreciate.
