Extract content from pdf by set coordinates on Runtime

Now I am using itextsharp and QuickPDF in C# to extract the contents in a pdf.

Is there any possibilities to set the region on runtime by load the pdf and select the contents/region you want to extract and save the selected region in xml/text file.
