Clarification on Migrating to Visual Studio 2010

I am currently following the following guide: How to: Migrate VSPackages to Visual Studio 2010 to upgrade the Ankh Mantis Connector.

Right now I am on step 9 which states:

Open the VsPkg.cs file and remove the DefaultRegistryRoot attribute.

This project doesn't seem to have that particular file, and I was wondering if it is a file that the project should have, and if so, where should I go and create it at?
