Responsive by using bootstrap

I have a problem in mozilla firefox while developing my website for the responsive for the mobile usability. My responsive codes are very much working in the other browsers except the mozilla firefox. Especially in the width ratio of 320px;

I have used in twitter bootstrap framework in my website.

so anyone help me resolve this problem.
