PayPal chained payment refund

My site has multiple sellers and they pay me a fee when they sell their product through a chained payment. I use the REST API for the adaptive pay. Everything works as intended. My account is the secondary receiver for each transaction. The problem is refunds. The seller can initiate a refund through their PayPal account and the refund is taken from their account only. It becomes a totally manual process for me to issue the refund of my fee back to the seller. Is there a way to automate my refund to the seller? I use an IPN hook that records everything.
