Oracle 11g Multiple database on same Machine [on hold]

I have developed software in vb6 with oracle as database for Company A database name is abc1. Now I want to have same software for group company B and say database name abc2. both databases abc1 and abc2 has same tables and all tables with same structure. Only content will change as per company A or B. Using oracle 11g on same machine is it possible what I will have to do, I have created databases abc1 and abc2 but in abc2 it gives errors that same table already exists when creating new table in database abc2.

and How can I take backup of oracle database from one machine and restore it to another machine
