Oracle 11g Multiple database on same Machine

I have developed software in vb6 with oracle as database. It is working fine and ok but I want to have same software for another oracle database. Database tables fields etc will be same only table contents will be different. First oracle database has company A details and I want to set another oracle database ( same as per above oracle database ) only name will change and which can be used in my vb6 connection string How Can I and How can I take backup of oracle database from one machine and restore it to another machine
