Is it possible to take the Call of Duty series's zombies maps and put them all on one disc?

Is it possible for me to take the Call of Duty series's zombies maps and put them all on one disc so that I can put the disc into my Xbox 360 or even my Xbox One and be able to only play the zombies maps? It doesn't have to have the online level system. I do imagine this would have to be done on a computer which I have. If I need another OS I could get it. I will learn if I have to. I will hire someone if I have to. I WILL DO ANYTHING. The maps I would like to combine on the disc(s) are the maps from Call of Duty: World at War, Black Ops, and Black Ops II. I have the games. Please do not worry about legalities because I can handle that. Please help. Thanks.
