error : 0x80070035 , " The network path not found

I am using a laptop with windows 7 ultimate SP1.

I have 3 users in my laptop, I am trying share a folder to other user in my laptop only.

While I am sharing the folder I am providing read/write permission to the user, Now I am opening the network to see the content in it. Here the folder is showing but If I open the folder, it is not opening it.

It is giving " windows cannot access the folder \ folder path" alert.

Error is : 0x80070035 , " The network path not found ".

what to do. I have tried solutions like

--> Making firewall off

--> All advanced sharing options on

Please give me a solution for my problem.
