ERP system with C#?

I'm in intermediate level in C#, and I want to specialize in ERP field. what qualifications required in the programmer to be qualified as an ERP developer. at the moment my knowledge about ERP is not perfect. What I hope to know is, what I should put in my head in learning C#, what should I concentrate on? Links between C# and ERP
