what knowlege is expected from 2years experienced c++ developer in linux domain? [on hold]

I was called for a job interview for the post of c++ application developer in unix domain. For 2 years I worked on various languages like c++, c, matlab. what do they want me to know in linux. 1.Is it sufficient if I know how to use system calls? 2.Do they expect me to know how the system calls work? when they say c++ in unix. 1.do they expect me to know how to write c++ programs in vim editor and use g++ compiler and gdb debugger? 2.what IDE do these people use in industry when they call me for this interview? In short when they say c++ in linux. what do they expect from me. what should I learn in c++ specific to unix/linux. How are c++ and linux associated for the job? You can give me the topics to prepare and I would be thankful if good books are also suggested. What IDE do people in industry use when they say c++ in linux. Do people use code blocks in industry? Because I only know how to use vim editor, and how to use gdb in console. Do people use visual studio and write programs targeted at linux? Is g++ compiler and gdb available in visual studio?I know that the answer would be depends please say some thing you know about it.
