So I am pretty new at programming and am trying to make a personal site for myself and am stuck on how to structure the database to allow for scalability and future features. So this site is to list current real estate listings in my area, but I also want to show past sales, crime, and rentals. I was going to have a table for current listings, but am stuck on should I have a table for each past sales, crime and rentals? or put it in one table and call it historic data?
