Archive accessible from the web (upload files via Android app)

I need to design a server application (linux OS) which will receive text and photos from android apps, store them and present them to whoever connects to it via a browser (so there's an http server on).

I was thinking about using Node.js + MongoDB and then create a website to present the data (not sure if I could use something else here)
