How to install/deploy/integrate/configure OPENCV and FACEDETECT in PHP?

I'am just reading about this topic OPENCV(Open Source Computer Vision Library: http://opencv.org) and FACEDETECT.

But on that website its given only to deploy on ubuntu and I want to deploy it on windows.

If this is possible, So please let me know some info or link from where I get detail information.
