Conventions for Object Oriented Programming

I would like to read up on all of the programming practices for object oriented languages. The problem is, I don't know what they are called to research them. I hope this is not too broad of a question, and I am not looking for tutorials or documentation. I am just looking for the names of practices.

For example, I am aware of the existence of dependency injection, but what other practices exist?

I am not asking which practices are best, but I would like to know what practices are developed. I want to read up on them and make my own determination. I am hoping to compile a list of researchable practices.
