What to study as Junior .Net Developer (C#) (Rehearsing stuff) [on hold]

At my current job as Support Engineer I did not come in contact with .NET Programmation. I studied for Software Development in 2011 and I would like to go further in this again, so I'm looking for a job opportunity. I had some job interviews, but they told me that my skills aren't experienced enough yet.

Now I don't know exactly how to start to rehearse these things again. I've looked at the Microsoft Certifications, but I really don't know where to start. I'd like to become a Windows Developer in C# (and later in ASP.NET for webservices and stuff).

Can anybody help me in the right direction on where to start? I would like to rehearse the basics of .NET, then C# and then stuff I NEED to know as a Junior .NET Developer.

Thank you!

Kind regards, KDP
