Im a 22 years from Argentina with 2 years of laboral experience (only 1 in .NET). Currently I have 2 job offers and I must decide which one I accept (both companies want me to enter)
The first one is on a local company that works with FOX TV, I will enter as a 'Junior with experience' and I will work with things like MongoDB, MVC, EF, Unit Testing.
The second one is on Accenture as a Level 10 - 'Software Architect'. (I will be in charge of innovating technologies for the DB, the servers and the applications, with the proper capacitacion. Almost no coding except for testing architecture)
The problem is that, while I think Im smart, I dont have all the skills required to be a good architect yet. So maybe if I want to be a REAL architect I should keep developing myself as a programmer for at least 2 or 3 more years.
The salary is the same, Accenture has lots of benefits (like home office twice a week) and the travel time to get there is 1 hour (2 hours a day), meanwhile to get to the other company I have to travel 1 hour 40 minutes (which sumarizes in 4 hours a day)
