web requesting - time competition - javascript?

first of all, I would like you to excuse my english and description of the problem. I am not english native speaking, so I am trying my best....

Before you say, that is am abusing some server- I need to delivered some requests (url adresses) in accurate time, to be the first...it is all, I dont need to send thousands of requests. I cant even do that ....

My problem is that in my work, when we want to registr for something, we have a time competition about it. It means that in time 00:00 the first 5 requests recieve what they want, and the rest have bad....

important things: in one time we registred more things, about 10, -the limitation is 150 operation (request) in one minutes - we dont have to fill /agreed any form, it is just click on "registr". so i have a link with URL adresses, that I need to be sent and DELIVERED as first, in this time...

-my idea is, if there is any option, how to send group of request ( I will called it SET) for more time with delay about 200ms... so it will works somehow like that : in a time -400ms I send a SET then i will send the same SET with the same requests in time -200ms etc etc..there will be about 6 repetition, to make my chances higher... - in time 00:00:01 second, the workshops and everything is full, so I need to do it faster.... - when the first requests is accepted, all others are automaticly ignored, so IF the 3.rd SET will be delivered to the server ( will be the first in front/row) all others requsts is ignored... so once I am registred, the things is succesfully done....

what I need, is something like DOS atack, but with certaion request and only with limited power (number of repetition)

It is not illegal, nor unethic you are not helping me with any fraud or something like that....

And know, I have two questions.... DO you understand, how it works, and what I need ? and then, is there someone, who is able to help me with that ?

Thanks to all in advance - even question about description will help me to descripe it better for the next time :) .. What I am doing now, is fast clicking on "refresh all" buttom in chrome, where i have opened all 6 windows... but it is very unefective.... a friend of mine, make the same, but on more PC and because he is not able to click on all pc, he use autoclicker..but it is unefective as well....

it is not necessery to send so many request, the AIM, and all what i want, is to delivered my request in time cca 00:00:00:001, because in time 00:00:01 is it full and closed
