To populate the items except the selected item from stored procedure to the dropdownlist

Help me out with this I am new to stored procedure , There is a stored procedure to populate the items from database to the First dropdownlist and i want to populate the same items populated to the first dropdownlist to the second dropdownlist except the value selected in the first dropdwonlist .
