Redis vs MongoDB vs Tokyo Tyrant vs Solr for Fingerprint Lookup

I am looking for a Database solution for Fingerprint Lookup.

The Architecture will use a Cache, as well as main Database.

From the cache, it will take up fingerprints which are similar to the queried Fingerprint. Then these candidates will be fetched from the main database to calculate the actual scores, and then to find the final result.

I have short-listed Redis, MongoDB, Solr and Tokyo-Tyrant. I am planning to use Redis or Solr for the Cache and Mongo or Tyrant as the main database.

Need help in deciding. Please help to choose, better solutions are also welcome.
