Open source trigger software

Pipes, itduzzit, cloudwork, zapier, ifttt services are all services that makes triggers between systems. I need an open source system like these with open source in C#. I would like to add my web services and bind other web services with custom events.

1. Send a request to system (REST is preferred).


2. System adds this request to a queue


3. When this task is received from queue system looks for tasks for this specific call


4. Calls all tasks.

Tasks are all based on web services and all are saved in a db.
