Is this possible and what is it called? [on hold]

There is a commercial website that advertises real estate property for sale. The properties are shown on an interactive map on the website. Because it is cumbersome to use,I would like to export the location pins to a kmz and view it using a desktop program. Is this possible to do if the website does not have this functionality? What is this called?
