If you were interviewing for a job and the interviewer gave you 3 days to write an app for him, one that is very complex, and told you he'd be judging your work on 10 different factors to see if my code matches how the company likes to do things, would you bother to do this work?
It seems like if they want me to consider them they should show me some of their code to see if it matches how I normally do things. There are very few people around who do what I do. Something smells fishy.
