How to sync an contact into suitecrm from outlook using suitecrm outlook plugin?

I downloaded the open source Suitecrm outlook plugin, i want to add some extra features such as add/create contact,account like other outlook plugins.Can anyone help me to which file i have to modify and what i have to write .
