We are not given trust and our bosses don't understand how complicated is our project and tasks given to us and why we are unable to estimated and foresee all the relations between our subsystems and that we can't write down all consequences of our changes in the system that result in other work that has to be done because of them. We find that in the process of developement, most of the time during integration phase, and we cannot properly estimate 200 page long functional documentation, when even the documentation has to change because we found something late during developement.
How can we impress our internal clients (another departament) and show them that we do real magic?
