How to run an exe file on azure that take, compute and feed information to a windows phone app?

I want to make a Windows Phone app that take inputs and give them to Azure to do the processing and feed back outputs to the mobile app. The processing application to be run on azure is an exe file.

I can create an app to run locally on Windows Phone but have no knowledge of Azure or server (I have access to Azure however), so I don't know which Azure service and approach to use to accomplish the goal. Please help.
