How can i create contact button,like Archive button shown in SuiteCRM outlook plugin

i want to add a contact button,like Archive button shown in SuiteCRM outlook plugin,and also i want to add an action for the contact button,so that on click of the contact button the current selected email contact in outlook should sync to SuiteCRM
