USB port power control

I am working at an HDD manufacturing company. We used to test the USB2 and USB3 functionality of the HDDs at separate PCS(USB2 separate and USB3 separate). What I want is to test the USB2 and USB3 function in same PC.

• I can combine the USB2 and USB3 cable from same PC to a USB Hub and I will connect the HDD to the same HUB making the HDD connected to same PC using both USB2 and USB3 port.

  I need a batch file or any program that can give me control to power on and off the USB ports using which I can automate USB ports for my testing purpose

  
  

  I had searched for a way to control these USB at so many places but I cant find a way. So I need help on this matter. If anybody can suggest me a solution it would be more welcome. It doesn't have to be software related only, If any additional hardware is required to control the USB port, I am all ears..............
