I'm basing this on the Agile Manifesto Principle:
Our highest priority is to satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable software.
There are many methodologies and everyone seems to be focused on following various recommendations (XP, Scrum, etc.) without any measuring if you're agile enough based on this principle. Let's assume valuable is a given for the sake of argument.
Is there any type of rating scale on the degree of agility or how agile a particular project is? e.g. Delivery Interval: 1-2 weeks = Great, 3-4 weeks = Good 5-8 = Fair, 9+ = Poor. How agile are you?
It just seems like everyone talks about being agile without any way of knowing if they accomplished it or not.
