Is it possible to manipulate mov files with js

I'd like especially to know if it is possible to join two .mov-files using js. If there is no build-in-function, is it possible to manipulate the .mov-files "binary".

In the end the .mov-file has a header, and then there is the payload. Maybe i just could add then the payload of one file to the payload of the other and if needed update the header to fit to the payload...?
