How do I copy a few seperate strings from from a .txt file and insert them into specific rows?

I want to copy some data from this text file and paste them into specific excel rows.

1. {copy this phrase}
2.  {copy this phrase}
3. {copy this phrase}
Text: {copy this phrase}
Reading: {copy this phrase}

And there is a lot of unnecessary text in between these!
