I recently wanted to build a Windows Phone app on Visual Studio 2015 Preview, but when i choose the minimum target of WP8.1 it tells me that i need a developper license: (forgive me but the server is in french language)
So i continue and click accept, an error shows up saying i need User Experience fonctionnality or whatever:
I then got to server manager and added a functionality called Windows Server Essentials, i then add domain name configure it etc, after reboot it asks for Microsoft Online Services account, i didn't understand what it meant so i entered my normal hotmail account, but then it says that it is an incorrect account, and yes i made sure i put the right password, seems my account isn't an online services one:
So now i don't really know what to do, i searched on how to make an MS Online Services account to no avail, please help me and thanks
PS: If any mod or user can reword this question better, please do it as i don't feel i worded it 100% correctly
